We are looking for **new and inspiring** wrestlers of all backgrounds and styles for a documentary series that celebrates the passion, dedication, and unique journeys of those who step into the squared circle.

Short film planned to shoot for 3days in mid August around the Sacramento area. Duration is estimated at 15 minutes. Scenes take place at night and grave yard hours. 

During the tumultuous and unstable period of adolescence, while not everyone may have committed extreme acts, there are likely many who, in a moment of impulsiveness, have run away from home. Whether it ended as a humorous incident where they were found within two hours, or resulted in painful scars, these experiences ultimately served as nourishment for our growth. This short film is made to wish happiness to those who have experienced running away in the past and to send warm comfort to the currently wavering youth who are enduring growing pains.

After a big fight with her mom, Eui-Young impulsively heads to Malibu, a place she's always dreamed of. Leo, finding it odd that a young girl is walking alone in her pajamas in the middle of the night, asks her what's going on. He happens to be on his way to LA and offers to drop her off in Malibu. Though she initially distrusts Leo, she decides to go with him to get to Malibu.

We are a non-profit theater company. We perform every written word of a classic short story.  All narration becomes dialogue. We perform short stories in their entirety. The format we use can be flexible in role and character development because every written word – yes, even the narrative – is used to create the script.

THE BARBER

A professor feels a need to explain his liberal political views to a conservative barbershop. Never published in her lifetime, this profound short story, written in 1947 still holds significance today in our polarized political environment where we are unable to communicate and have a debate.

A man who believes in racial equality, while living in a town and region that believes in a racial hierarchy, tries to convince the men that they are not superior to blacks. Instead, he shows that he thinks himself superior to those same men, because he is educated. O’Connor demonstrates the shortcomings in all humans, regardless of race or education level.

THE JEWBIRD

A protagonist crow named Schwartz, who identifies himself as a Jewbird is fleeing persecution by antisemitic birds and tries to find a home with a Jewish family.

Malamud uses the character of Schwartz to highlight the absurdity of prejudice and the complexities of identity and assimilation. This story is a commentary on our biases even within our own tribes. Through analysis, anti-Semitism is seen as a multi layered concept.

A Christmas story about a young teen boy who runs away from home just before Christmas Eve and finds himself homeless. While homeless, the teen meets an older black man who helps the boy . Before he is reunited with his parents on Christmas Eve, the boy decides to play beautiful Christmas music on his violen  for homeless people around him.
